About Me

Hi, I’m Dottie, welcome to my crafty homepage! I have loved crafting since I can remember, and I, like many of you out there, simply refuse to choose a crafty lane! Maybe it’s the ADHD, or maybe it’s the love of hoarding craft supplies (which I am convinced is a completely different hobby than actually using them) but jumping from one hobby to another has been the story of my life.

And then it hit me! Why not make a place dedicated to all things trying something new?

I love to laugh, and I love to learn new things. If I’ve learned anything about crafting, it’s that you’re going to make mistakes. That’s just how it goes, and it’s how we grow as artists and creators. Instead of getting mad or frustrated, I’ve learned to laugh at little mishaps. It sure does make the journey more enjoyable.

Do I always know what I’m doing? Absolutely not! And that’s what it’s all about. I promise to always share with you everything that I have learned, all of my mistakes, all of my successes, and little wins along the way.

Learning together should be fun. So let’s craft something new, let’s make something cool, and by all means, let’s have a laugh at all the silly ways we fall down. If you do, I can promise you this, it’ll make all the perfect projects shine that much brighter.
